New fee rates
The Monegasque Patent Office ("Division de la propriété intellectuelle" in Monaco) has informed us that by Sovereign Ordinance No. 9.123 of 25 February 2022[ 1 ] the fees for patents have been amended.
Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Monaco are advised that since 1 April 2022 the rates below apply.
