Decision of the President of the European Patent Office dated 27 March 2018 implementing Article 12 of the Rules relating to Fees
THE PRESIDENT OF THE EUROPEAN PATENT OFFICE,
Having regard to Article 12 of the Rules relating to Fees,
HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1
The insignificant amount referred to in Article 12 of the Rules relating to Fees shall be fixed at EUR 15.
Article 2
This decision shall enter into force on 1 July 2018 and shall replace the decision of 14 July 2007 (Special edition No. 3, OJ EPO 2007, M.3).
