We are currently experiencing some technical issues with the Pending Orders view in Online Fee Payment.

While the Account Statement shows all processed transactions correctly, transactions that have already been processed sometimes remain visible as pending orders.

Please rest assured that all payments have been processed only once.

Our technicians are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
